Explore the history of three cash crops that were essential to Singapore’s economy (coffee, pineapple and coconut) at the Spice Garden at Fort Canning and learn about how they have shaped Singapore’s nature and landscape. After the tour, learn about the modern uses for these cash crops and obtain a rare hands-on experience to learn practical ways to reduce waste and its uses in urban farming. After this experience, you will leave with a better understanding on living sustainably!
