Sports Inclusion - Introduction & Try-Outs is a half-day interactive session for participants to gain a deeper appreciation of para sports.

Participants will be given an introduction on the history of local para sports, hear first-hand from homegrown local Para Athletes about their sporting journey, and end the day with a para sports try-outs session.

Sports Inclusion – Introduction & Try-Outs is a half-day interactive session for participants to gain a deeper appreciation of parasports.

It will be a 2-part programme, as follows:
Segment 1: History and Para Sports Pathways
Segment 2: Para Sports Try-outs

Segment 1, held at Enabling Village will begin with the history of local para sports scene by Dr Teo-Koh Sock Miang. Homegrown local Para Athletes will also be invited to share first-hand about their own sporting journey and discuss the various para sports pathways available in Singapore.

Segment 2 is a para sports Try-outs session held at newly reopened Delta Sports Centre. The Try-outs allow participants to have hands-on experience with a variety of para sports, and is designed to be friendly for participants of all abilities.
